NOTICE OF EXTENSION

The Board of Director wishes to notify the Entitled Individuals of the following:

1. Extension of the closing date of the Restricted Offering to 5.00 p.m. on September 12, 2021; and
2. Introduction of the electronic method of application and acceptance of the subscription for the Restricted Offering.
